At Immediate Care Medical we specialise in providing both first aid training and a comprehensive range of first aid medical cover for any type of event including private ambulances for a range of indoor and outdoor sporting events and festivals.

We operate from our head office in Birmingham and offer first aid medical cover for any type of event throughout central England and Wales including the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Cheshire and Derbyshire.


Care Quality Commission

Immediate Care Medical is registered with the Care Quality Commisssion and is authorised under the Health and Social Care 2008 to carry out the following regulated activities; Ambulance Services: (Certificate Number 1-334088852), Treatment of diseases, disorders or injury, Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely.

Home Office Drug Licence

Legislation provides the framework upon which the Law is enacted. Several laws pertinent to drugs and medicines exists to safe-guard the public. Certain ICM clinical grades are trained to use opiate based, and other regulation medicines in order to benefit a patient. For ICM to provide these medicine to our clinicians lawfully, we are required to demonstrate an accountable management stream that ensures no harm stems from these addictive and high risk medicines. Without such license, the company and the individuals who supply and administer such medicines are breaking the law, and are clinically negligent.

Independent Ambulance Association

We are a member of the largest representative body for the Private Ambulance sector; The British Ambulance Association. As of April 2011, all ambulance services operating in England have to be government registered.

Information Commissioners Office

To protect and respect patient’s medical information, ICM align to the principles of data protection, meaning that both suppliers and patients can be confident that information will only be used to promote health or safeguarding.

Ofcom Business Radio License

Communication is a critical element of health-care. In order to communicate immediately, privately and legally at events, ICM are OFCOM license holders. This ensures that any radio transmissions that assist your event are not illegal.

Qualsafe Awards

Our accreditation to this awarding body means that First Aid courses (and others listed on the training page) are nationally recognised and ensures our learners are empowered with practical and transferable skills


We hold £5 million medical malpractice insurance and have £5 million public and employee liability insurance.
